Does this work with non-Wordpress websites?
MemSub is a wordpress plugin and only works with Wordpress.

Do you have a refund policy
We use free 7-day trials for our product, if you decide the plugin isnt for you, we offer refunds 7 days from the purchase date.

How does payment for the plugin work?
The payment amount renews annually. If you choose to cancel ahead of renewal or your renewal payment fails, you will not have access to the pro features. You'll be downgraded to the basic (free) plan.

Do you offer support?
We do offer support, head over to the contact page to make a request.

How do I upgrade from free?
Due to Wordpress requirements, if you are upgrading to a pro plan, you need to add your paid plugin to wordpress, then delete the free version.
